Greater Phoenix Foreclosure Trends

 

1 )   Bar graph showing the percentage of sales in each city which were foreclosures. Scottsdale and Paradise Valley are two of the lowest areas for foreclosures.

2 )   Distress level in Scottsdale is barely into the red.

3 )   The number of pending foreclosures in Scottsdale has been steadily dropping in 2010.

4 )   The Notices of Trustee Sales (which is the precursor to a foreclosure) are lower than in the start of the year.
